AMCP Talks: Innovative Approaches to Integrating the Patient Experience

In this AMCP Talks-Style presentation, faculty will guide participants through strategies to incorporate the patient experience into both managed care settings and pharmaceutical research through real-world examples.
Additionally, this session will explore how to utilize and collect meaningful patient experience data, the importance of setting measurable goals, and how to leverage existing resources to ensure patient-centricity remains at the core of your practices.
