Katherine Lovro

Senior Director, Alliance Development

Katherine Lovro is Senior Director of Alliance Development at the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC). In this role, she is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships and educational collaborations with alliance groups including patient advocacy groups, professional associations, trade groups, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and other stakeholders.

Ms. Lovro is a seasoned patient alliance and coalition leader. She most recently was at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), where over the course of six years Ms. Lovro managed grassroots coalitions and patient engagement programs, executing both federal and international healthcare campaigns relating to intellectual property, market access, affordability, and health technology assessments. Prior to PhRMA, Ms. Lovro consulted for the healthcare, defense, and energy industries at DDC Public Affairs. Before moving to DC full-time, Ms. Lovro served as a Senior Project Manager at Majority Strategies in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Ms. Lovro graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with an emphasis in Global Security.
